M-3 Industrial Zoning Now Available on Maui

Goodfellow Brothers has begun sales at Pulehunui Industrial Park, what will be the first M-3 industrial zoning ever available on Maui. The 28 lot, 86-acre complex in Central Maui, is off of Mokulele Highway near Hawaiian Cement and the Central Maui Baseyard. This project was designed to fulfill a need for large scale industrial businesses and has been in the works for about 5 years. Goodfellow Brothers will begin construction in 2017 with anticipated delivery in 2018 with plans to operate Maui operations from here. Types of businesses that allow M-3 zoning are construction and lumber yards, recycle plants and heavy equipment storage. Businesses of this nature are looking forward to finding a place to call home, and it will also bring in new. This is another testament to the continued growth on Maui.
