Lahaina 2nd Friday Town Party

Maui's town parties is hosted by the community of Lahaina town on the 2nd Friday of each month.  Hele Mai – As the sun sets and pau hana begins, what better way to start the weekend than to shop the world renowned art galleries, meet artists, talk story and share in some complimentary pupu and wine from 6-9 p.m. Pick up your free Art Map compliments of the Lahaina Visitor Center at the old Lahaina Courthouse in Banyan Tree Park. The massive Banyan tree has been a staple in Lahaina since 1873, it was a gift from Indian missionaries and is the largest in the U.S.

Art night in Lahaina is the opportunity to browse through the 20+ art galleries that the small town has to offer. Fine art, seascape, tropical and landscape are available on Front Street, often with live musicians or the artists themselves to greet you. Many return to Maui year after year and love a keepsake to remind them of this special island.
Enjoy a concert in Campbell Park with kieki hula dancers, live music and food vendors. Also, sunsets on the west side of Maui are second to none. The Pioneer Inn, Longhi's and The Cool Cat Cafe host live entertainment to keep the crowds rolling in. After the town parties slows down, take the opportunity and check out Maui's own Uncle Willie K jammin' Hawaiian style music at Kimo's from 9p-11p for a $5 cover charge. Get out, feel the vibrant energy of Lahaina town while you meet the neighbors and support Maui's businesses.
