Maui Visitor Arrivals UP over Last Year

Our tourist driven economy relies on the influx, so I am happy to share that visitor arrivals
and expenditures on Maui are up 3% for the first six months of the year,
with arrivals topping 1.3 million. Visitor spending is at $2.3 billion, also up 4% over last year.
According to new data released by the HawaiĘ»i Tourism Authority,
the average visitor stayed on Maui 8 days, and spent $212 per person per day.
