Maui Prices Show Strength in 2016

Despite number of sales slightly dip

Local statistics show Maui home prices rise by more than 5% in January despite a dip in number of sales. According to Realtors Association of Maui, 73 single family homes sold last month at a median price of $630,000, up 9% from the $577,000 and 75 units in January 2015. Figures for Maui condominiums sold in January 2016 show 82 units sold, with the median price at $397,500, up 5% compared to 83 units at a median of $378,000 last year.  Click for more statistics
