Best Investments When Remodeling

Best Investments When Remodeling
When implementing improvements, it's important to consider that some modifications will yield a high return when selling, and others DON'T.  The tried and true kitchen and bath improvements are always a wise move. New cabinet and countertops, flooring or even a soaking tub or steam shower - in a classic and timeless design are good choices.  In our market, many will consider paying more for a home if they don't have to implement these changes themselves. Then again, before you go doubling the size of your kitchen or installing Italian marble in the baths, give me a call and lets check the sales in your neighborhood to be sure the local market can withstand these improvements. Although bigger homes demand high prices, every home market has a price cap.

Whenever considering making any significant changes to your home, call me to set the right expectations on a return so you understand exactly how you'll be affected by all of your hard work.  Before you get started.
